High-definition plasma cutting

High definition plasma cutting is a technique similar to that of conventional plasma, however it uses a highly compressed electrical arc (which is also more focused), this triples the amps per surface unit. This procedure results in an extremely high plasma gas speed, greater precision, increased cutting quality and a substantial reduction in the amount of burr produced.

The 'Rotator' head

The rotating head on the high-definition plasma cutting equipment allows the electrical arc generated between the electrode and the material being cut to be inclined, facilitating cuts at multiple angles (chamfered corners).
